VMware has announced that it will be doubling the Wellbeing Allowance for the employees in India and has further simplified the process for availing the benefits, including making weekly reimbursements possible, said a statement issued by VMware.
Under VMware’s unique program, all employees across its workplaces in India will be eligible for a Wellbeing Allowance of Rs. 59,130, to prepare employees to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. This increment in benefit comes when the nation is fighting with the second wave of the global coronavirus pandemic.
Recently, VMware had reported that under VMware’s unique wellbeing program, all employees across workplaces in India will be qualified for a wellbeing allowance of Rs. 29,565, which has since been additionally upgraded to give better and convenient relief to all its workforce in India.
