The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the Combined Graduate Level and Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (CHSL) exam scheduled in May and June 2021. The Commission has postponed the recruitment exams due to a surge in COVID-19 cases across the country. SSC CGL Exams 2021 Postponed

The SSC has postponed the Combined Graduate Level (Tier – 1) examination 2020 scheduled from May 29 to June 7, 2021. It has also deferred the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2020 for candidates who had opted for their centres in West Bengal.

  • Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2020 – May 29 to June 7, 2021
  • Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021 – Postponed

The official notice reads, “Fresh dates of postponed examinations and notification of examination will be announced by the Commission in due course after assessing the situation. The candidates are requested to visit the website of the Commission from time to time for further updates.”

Earlier, the SSC has deferred the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (CHSL) exam from April 20 due to a surge in COVID-19 cases across the country. It has announced that the SSC CHSL exam dates 2021 for the balancing candidates will be available in due course. The Commission has released the admit cards for the exam in March. The written exams are scheduled to be held from April 12 to 27, 2021. The Commission has scheduled the SSC CHSL Tier-1 exam from May 21 to 25 in West Bengal due to Assembly Elections.
